รายละเอียดงาน
1.Set up functional testers to support daily production.
2.Take a leading role in resolving tester-related issues and minimize tester downtime to avoid any impact on shipment delivery.
3.Perform regular preventive maintenance of all test equipments and golden samples to be in a good working condition at all times.
4.Provide failure analysis on failed units from both production and RMA return and supervise test technicians on proper repair of defective parts.
5.Prepare and keep up-to-date test working instrucions and tester set-up procedures to be in compliance with cooperate ISO standard procedures.
6.Lead the yield improvement activities and test process time reduction and productivity.
7. Support new production bidding and new production introduction (NPI) activities as well as test capacity increase according to plan.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Engineering or related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in PCBA Testing and/or box-build functional testing for entry to intemediate level.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with technical knowledge in hardware electronics and software interfaces and debugging.
- Familiar with ISO standards such as ISO/TS 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work well with cross-functional team members.
