As a C&B and HR Policy Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of the company's compensation, benefits, and HR policy development. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that systems and policies are compliant with regulations and promote positive employee morale. This position reports to the HR Director.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the HR Director the design, development, and administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are appropriate and competitive.
2. Conduct market surveys on compensation and benefits and analyze data to improve existing systems.
3. Assist in the preparation of the compensation and benefits budget.
4. Support the development, revision, and communication of company HR policies and procedures.
5. Provide advice and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
6. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth operation of C&B and HR policy-related activities.
7. Prepare reports and analyze relevant data for presentation to management.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Location : Maneeya Center Building 16th Floor, 518/5 Ploenchit Road,Lumpinee,Patthumwan,Bangkok,10330 (BTS)
Working Hour: Mon – Fri (08.00 – 17.00)
