รายละเอียดงาน
- Quick and Accurate posting of entries in CW System
- Maintaining accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable statement and sharing the same with Reporting Manager
- Following up with any customer or supplier with outstanding payments.
- Reconcile payable reports each month
- Performing account & Bank reconciliations
- Responsible for paying all tax on appropriate invoices and making a note of each tax payment made
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- THAI Nationality
- 2+ years’ experience in accounts payable
- Understating on Basic Accounts and Tax payment
- Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word
- The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
- Ability to priorities and manage expectations
- Good command of English for documentary and email only
