- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule - Ensure method of improvement plan to enhance higher quality and quality target. - Ensuring that the production is cost effective - Estimating costs and setting the quality standards. - Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. - Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmers. - Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals. - Ensuring that health and safety guidelines and followed - Supervising and motivating a team of workers - Reviewing the performance of subordinates
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree in related field
  2. At least 5 years of work experience
  3. Good problematic solving skills
  4. Able to communicate well in English
  5. If you have experience with PCBA and SMT will be given special consideration.
