รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for support new product development and current product improvement.
- Work with process development engineer to completed new tooling conditioning and mass production.
- Prepare & update the WI according to the request of customer audit or quality improvement or etc.
- WI training to operation in order to standardize the machine operation or process.
- Responsible for manufacturing process improvement, production efficiency and quality improvement.
- Modify the tooling according to the request of customer or quality improvement or efficiency improvement etc.
- Cooperate with TQA to revise related documents (WI & PFMEA etc.) for customer audit
- Cooperate with TQA to find the root cause and correct action for customer complaint in order to satisfy the customer
- Study or introduce new technologies into process designs to improve yield and efficiency
- Repair and maintenance of dies & Jig/Robot.
- Trial, adjustment, and evaluation of dies & Jig/Robot.
- Control operates machining/Robot and press machines.
- Support internal and customer activity.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or female. age 25-30 Years.
- 1-5 years of experience in stamping or plastic injection molding.
- Understanding engineering drawings
- Have experience in APQP will be advantage.
- Have experience or knowledge in IATF 16949/ISO 9001 will be advantage.
- Good relationship & leadership.
- Good English communication skill.
