รายละเอียดงาน
-Creating, revising and managing technical drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Inventor, ensuring all designs complying withing production requirements and standards.
-Analyzing, developing, and optimizing production processes based on lean principles. Implementing new workflows and production layouts to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
-Supporting implementation of new processes, including data analysis, documentation, training and quality control.
-Collaborating with maintenance teams for troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process-related issues.
-Conducting time studies and defining cycle times, optimizing layouts and workflows.
-Performing process simulations and support prototype development and first-lot evaluations.
-Performing other assigned tasks from direct supervisor.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or long-term experience in a similar technical role.
- •At least 2-3 years of experience in production planning or process optimization, ideally in the metal processing industry.
- •Advanced experience with CAD software, especially Autodesk Inventor. Experience with comparable 3D CAD tools is also acceptable.
- •Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in creating technical drawings.
- •Knowledge of SAP or at least another ERP program.
- •Independent, structured, and flexible working style, with a high level of teamwork and communication skills.
- •Good command of English, both written and spoken – including technical terminology.
- •Full time work at Khao Yoi Factory, Phetchaburi province with 2 Saturday working per month.
