Report any serious noncompliance matters directly to QA manager and General Manager, Operation in timely manner.
Conduct internal audit for the supporting functions.
Conduct the assessment of the existing and new suppliers for suitability inclusion in Company vendor/supplier approved list.
Conduct the assessment of the existing and new sub-contractors for suitability inclusion in Company sub-contractors approved list.
Visit suppliers/sub-contractor to check on their Quality Management System (as required).
Prepare Quality Deliverables such as NCR Procedures, Project Quality Plan, Audit Master Schedule and Specific Project Procedures.
Interface and maintain effective communication with relevant groups, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers on Quality related matters.
Involve Clients, Project management, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and Third Party Inspectors in Quality Management System improvement initiatives as necessary.
Create and Register Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and handle the work according to Company’s or Specific Project Procedure Instruction.
Provide resolution of nonconforming issues/items as directed by Quality Management Manager including recommendations for corrective and preventive actions and improvements.
Monitor and report the status NCR and ensure NCR close out in a timely manner.
Participate in project management meeting and relevant meetings regarding quality matters including NCR.
Follow up the effectiveness of the implementation of the corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct the internal and external audits at planned intervals to ensure the quality management system conforming to ISO 9001, company requirements, and the planned arrangements.
Prepare and submit the internal and external audit reports in timely manner
