รายละเอียดงานThe Payroll Officer is responsible for processing daily payroll, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws, and handling payroll inquiries. This role includes verifying attendance, preparing medical expenses and benefits, updating working hours and overtime in the system, and preparing weekly reports on headcount and turnover. Additionally, the officer coordinates medical payment issues and performs other tasks as assigned.
1.Responsible for processing daily employee payroll. Ensuring accurate and timely payments.
2.Maintain and update employee records, deductions, benefits, and overtime calculations (Daily and Monthly employees).
3.Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, labor laws, and internal policies.
4.Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
5.Responsible for checking time attendance records of all management levels.
6.Prepare for medical expenses and other benefits for all employees.
7.Coordinate and respond to the related issue of medical payment.
8.Prepare the headcount and turnover rate report (Weekly).
9.Update the working hours and OT hours on system (UMS) (Weekly).
10.Perform any assigned job from the superior.
