-Supervise and oversee the performance of staff in the Human Resources and Administrative Department to ensure effective and efficient operations aligned with company policies.
-Manage and take full responsibility for all activities related to human resources and administrative functions.
-Develop and implement employee performance evaluation systems for career development and compensation management.
-Establish, update, and maintain company rules, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and suitability with current conditions.
-Manage and improve training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational goals.
-Supervise payroll processes, tax, social security, and provident fund administration to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
-Plan manpower, recruit, and manage employment contracts in accordance with organizational needs.
-Act as a company representative in employee committee meetings, welfare committees, recreational committees, and ISO committees to promote collaboration and support initiatives.
-Maintain and foster good relationships with local communities and relevant external organizations.
-Approve various company expenditures within authorized limits to ensure smooth and transparent operations.
