We’re Hiring: Full-Time Marketing Executive (Bangkok Office) Industrial Property Advisors (IPA) is a boutique commercial real estate firm based in Bangkok, specializing in helping international companies navigate Thailand’s industrial and office property market. We are looking for a Full-Time Marketing Executive to join our growing team and lead our marketing efforts across all channels. This role is ideal for someone who’s creative, proactive, and tech-savvy—especially someone who understands the power of AI in modern marketing strategies. Work Schedule: • 4 days per week in our Bangkok office • 1 day remote (work-from-home) • Off on all Thai public holidays Position Details: • Start Date: Immediately • Salary: 25,000 Baht per month • Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms • Be responsible for managing all social media platforms and digital presence • Assist in developing AI-assisted marketing strategies with leadership and external consultants • Update and maintain company website, video content, and web-based assets • Coordinate and manage updates to employee profiles and bios • Create and manage direct marketing efforts (email marketing, newsletters, lead funnels) • Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and CRM-related marketing integrations • Assist with content creation for property listings, market insights, and client presentations • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and external vendors • Analyze campaign performance and prepare improvement recommendations • Support branding, PR efforts, lead generation, and event coordination What We Offer: • A role at a fast-growing, internationally connected real estate firm • A professional, collaborative, and flexible hybrid working environment • Hands-on exposure to digital marketing tools, AI-driven strategies, and real estate innovation • Ongoing training and career development opportunities • Leadership that values creativity, integrity, and initiative

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn and apply AI to marketing workflows
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management, and social media
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent follow-through
Strong communication skills; English-speaking preferred
Experience in B2B, commercial, or industrial sectors is an advantage
Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus
