1. Rationalize the production tasks of the team according to the production plan to ensure the smooth progress of production, improve the quality qualification rate, reduce material process loss and improve efficiency; 2. Carry out on-site management of the production process, maintain the order of the team production, ensure the effective implementation of various rules and regulations, actively promote the 5S (sort, reorganize, clean, tidy, quality) process, and keep the working environment clean and orderly; 3. Responsible for guiding, training and supervising subordinates to improve their operational skills and work efficiency. For example, when new employees join the company, they should be trained on operational specifications, safety precautions, etc.; 4. Regularly check employees’ daily work status, solve problems promptly, supervise and inspect employees’ work quality, ensure that the work meets the standard requirements, and correct unqualified work in a timely manner; 5. Responsible for supervising and counting the attendance of team members to ensure the accuracy of attendance; 6. Check the implementation of various operating specifications in the team, ensure the quality of the team's work, promptly discover and deal with quality problems, assist in analyzing quality problems, and take measures to complete quality implementation and improve quality; 7. Manage the materials and equipment used, reasonably control the use of materials, regularly inspect, maintain and repair equipment to ensure that everything is normal, reduce waste, reduce production costs and ensure stable production; 8. Do a good job in production safety management, provide safety training for employees, improve their safety awareness, ensure that the production operations of the team meet safety regulations, and prevent safety accidents; 9. Responsible for the preparation and summary of various reports of the team, such as production reports, quality reports, etc..

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

High school education or above, with more than 1 year of experience as a workshop team leader;
Familiar with the on-site management process and material management process of electrical appliance factory workshops, and familiar with the safe operation and daily maintenance of on-site equipment in workshops;
Proficiency in ERP, PLM, OA, MES, Office and other office software is preferred.
