รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities:
Productivity/ quality and process parameter control
Control produce Product to meet the target (Sqm. and yield) with The Cpk >1.33 of key parameters and enhance the QC tool for aid control.
Make sure all process parameters are well respect and find out RCA if any deviation from origin and lead the action/prevention
Continuous Improvement
Develop/improve the method, Machinery modification for increase the productivity, Efficiency, Quality and Cost reduction by respect the MOC
Cooperation / support PTS to Process team, Implement to mass production (Productivity/yield)
Six – sigma approach
People skill development
Standard working method of operators and supervisors
Update work instruction and make sure operators and supervisor are acknowledge
Coordinate to develop multi skill of operators
People skill development
BBS in production automatically and focus and lead action to eliminate near miss, Participant ion in safety investigation
Production aligns with ISO9000/14001 and lead action if any deviation
Drive 5S/TPM in production to be align with company direction

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in IE, ME, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in production engineer field in Continuous processes of film/web production and lean manufacturing are strictly required.
- Strong leadership skills. good analyze problem solving and decision making.
- ISO 9000&14000 systems, EHS requirement (International & implication to local law), would be advantag
- Fluent in Thai and Good command in English.
