- Lead the development of new pet food products tailored to customer needs and market trends. - Oversee formulation, testing, and improvement of existing product lines. - Conduct research on ingredients, nutrition, and processing technologies. - Collaborate with production, quality control, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches. - Analyze performance data and customer feedback to guide ongoing improvements. - Manage and mentor the R&D team to achieve departmental goals. - Ensure compliance with local and international food safety and quality regulations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Food Science, Veterinary Science, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D, preferably in the pet food or animal nutrition industry.
Strong knowledge of pet food formulation, raw material sourcing, and processing methods.
Proven track record of product innovation and process improvement.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
