5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
6.Help manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
7.Promote sales offers, events, and new collections to customers.
8.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
9.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues with professionalism.
10.Assist in merchandising and visual displays to ensure an attractive presentation of products.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - MAX/WOMEN
- Minimum education is Secondary Level.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of jewelry products (desired but not required; training will be provided).
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Proficiency in handling POS systems and basic computer software.
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation.
