รายละเอียดงาน
1.Maintain factory LAN/Wi-Fi and CCTV system; handle daily support and troubleshooting
2.Support installation and maintenance of PCs, printers, phones, and office devices
3.Respond to user tickets and resolve basic system/application issues
4.Assist in network device management, asset tracking, and software updates
5.Support IT security policies such as access control, USB restrictions, and backups
6.Help implement and support local digital systems such as MES/ERP
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1+ year(s) of relevant IT support or system maintenance experience; experience in manufacturing environments preferred
- Familiar with Windows OS, basic LAN/TCP-IP networking, and office IT infrastructure
- Hands-on skills in PC hardware, basic network troubleshooting, and software installation
- Ability to communicate in English or Chinese is a plus
