รายละเอียดงาน
- Record, analysis, daily tracking Main KPIs of %Technical loses, MTBF, MTTR and Maintenance cost to achieve BP target
- Ensure maximum availability of the equipment.
- Improve OEE of plant equipment.
- Maintain plant equipment with minimum break down maintenance.
- Ensures proper root cause analysis is done and permanent corrective action is done for avoiding recurrence of the break downs.
- Prepare Planned maintenance and do the activity for plan maintenance.
- Predictive maintenance concept and apply to machine.
- Eliminate unplanned machine breakdown (Repair, analysis root cause and sustainable countermeasure.)
- Prepare appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long time matching breakdown and TPM plan.
- Work with related function to follow up, update and closed open point lists.
- Create work instruction, TPM plan and predictive maintenance plan
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or above's degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
- at least 5 years experienced in electrical or mechanical maintenance function
- Knowledge in electrical, mechanical and software
- Experience for Milling machine, Latch machine, Surface grinding machine and Welding will be considered
- Experience in CNC machining, PLC Siemens will be considered.
- Computer literacy skill in MS office.
- Can communicate in English language.
- positive attitude and mindset, along with a willingness to collaborate on the establishment of a new plant. attitude & mindset willingness to work with new plant set up.
