รายละเอียดงาน1. Handle full-function Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoice issuance, payment processing, and reconciliations.
2. Verify payment documents, tax invoices, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Prepare withholding tax and VAT reports and submit via E-filing.
4. Reconcile bank transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
5. Manage petty cash and prepare reimbursement reports.
6. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and support audit requests.
7. Assist in preparing financial data and reports for submission to the Headquarter for financial statement consolidation.
8. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties such as vendors, customers, and auditors as required.
Working Day: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Sutthisanwinitchai Road, Huaykwang, Bangkok 10310
Transportation: Direct access to MRT Suthisarn Station

- Experience in Full cycle of accounting work
- Fluent in English Communication
- Has prior experience working in a multinational company or shared services will be an advantage.
