1.Office management: Leasing, decoration, property coordination, environmental maintenance;
2.Asset Management: Procurement and management of furniture, office equipment, stationery, etc
3.Welfare activities: monthly afternoon tea, holiday benefits (Souvenirs), cultural activities, etc;
4.Travel expenses: Visa processing, booking of transportation/vehicles, and coordination with travel agencies;
5.Operational Services: Authorization for store/staff insurance, store cleaning, internet/phone, store music, etc;
6.Others: Other related work assigned by superiors.
