รายละเอียดงานJob Scope:
•Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email
•Write simple customer message and process order confirmations
•Follow up with customers to ensure deliveries are scheduled and completed according to timelines and due dates
•Coordinate closely with internal departments such as the warehouse and transport team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
•Monitor and track order statuses; investigate and resolve any delays or discrepancies promptly
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the internal system
•Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Basic customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written in English)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines
