รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage and control production planning supervision, scheduling for production, preparing production schedules.
- Make sure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
- Analysis production specification and plant capacity data and performs calculations to determine manufacturing processes, machine loading and material requirement.
- Develops, maintains and controls the master production schedule, daily plan assignment, and daily output to ensure achievable plans.
- Drive production meetings to determine plan vs actual, recovery planning, OT required and shortage issues.
- Work with schedules including actions of warning messages to ensure smooth demand into production.
- Participate in cross functional problem solving teams that work on specific issues, getting to the root cause and implementing the key actions around the root cause identify, drive and implement projects that will improve the planning process.
-Responsible for inventory and production plan to match with the requirement.
-Perform production scheduling in order to meet customer requirement schedule.
-Ensure all KPIs are meeting the targets.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least 5 years of work experience
- Good problematic solving skills
- Able to communicate well in English
- If you have experience with PCBA and SMT will be given special consideration.
- Able to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration
