Identify and approach potential clients through networking and cold calling.
Present recruitment solutions and negotiate service agreements.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with recruiters to match client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female age between 25-35 years olds
- Bachelor Degree in any fields.
- At least 2 years in Sales, tele sale, and coordinator fields
- Good computer skills, Excel, Pivot, Vlookup
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good English Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within recruitment or staffing.
