รายละเอียดงาน Job Summary Identify training and development needs, implement development initiatives and report on implementation progress General Responsibilities Support superior in managing operating budgets and costs for the training and development function according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources Support superior in managing training and development budget/costs to optimize usage of budget against development strategies Research and assist in the development of a training and development plan and approach to govern the organization's training and development activities Execute training needs analysis activities (e.g. interview stakeholders, competency assessments, etc.). Analyze and identify training and development needs in order to identify development objectives Implement development initiatives/programs, communication plans, training programs, etc., in catering to country-wide development needs. Support in training modules delivery, where needed Analyze and report on implementation progress (e.g. training program, communication plans, etc.). Suggest and execute improvements to training programs and assist in evaluating trainers to measure training relevance and effectiveness Identify, analyze and prepare reports on employee training outcomes. Provide support in monitoring post-training effectiveness (e.g. competency gaps closed, application of skills, etc.) to measure country-wide training effectiveness and outcomes Execute training and development projects to enhance country-wide employee training platforms (e.g. knowledge management databases, e-learning, informal training sessions, etc.) Research and source vendors/trainers (internal and external) to ensure effective and quality execution of training initiatives/programs Partner with internal stakeholders on training needs analysis, customized training programs and learning requirements, etc., to ensure stakeholder needs are met Build and maintain long-term relationships with external vendors/trainers as part of maintaining sustainability of services provided Functional Skills and Knowledge Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry Demonstrate sound application of adult learning theories and best practices Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
