Oversee all core HR functions including recruitment and selection, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and offboarding.
Review and improve organizational structure, compensation frameworks, and performance evaluation systems.
Lead and implement organizational development (OD) strategies and change management initiatives to support business growth.
Analyze HR data and metrics to evaluate performance and plan for continuous improvement and organizational development.
Promote performance management systems and employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with operational needs.
Support workforce planning, salary structure adjustments, and long-term organizational development initiatives.
Oversee employee relations activities and cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.
Organize and support internal events such as training programs, team-building activities, and company celebrations.
Prepare and report HR performance and key metrics (KPIs) to senior management.
