Key Responsibilities:
• Training Program Development: Design and create technical training materials and assessments for engineers in manufacturing processes and equipment usage.
• Training Delivery: Conduct on-the-job training, workshops, and hands-on sessions to improve engineers' skills and operational performance.
• Skill Gap Analysis: Evaluate engineers' current skill levels and identify training needs to address any gaps in performance.
• Safety and Compliance Training: Ensure engineers are trained in safety standards and operational procedures.
• Training Effectiveness: Monitor and report on training outcomes, adjusting programs based on feedback and performance results.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or related field preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in a factory environment is a plus
