รายละเอียดงาน
- Provide first-level support for Odoo system users across departments
- Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related technical and functional issues
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for advanced support
- Assist in system configuration, testing, and implementation of Odoo modules
- Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and system procedures
- Train users on Odoo system functionalities and best practices
- Support data entry, data cleanup, and report generation as required
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or ERP system support, preferably with Odoo
- Good understanding of ERP business processes (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR)
- Basic knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under time constraints
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
