รายละเอียดงานResponsibilities :
- Handle HR, Admin tasks in the company.
- Coordinating all Recruitment, Selection, New Hire Orientation, ensuring compliance policy and procedures.
- Providing Training programs for all staff.
- Handle all welfare and benefits for all staff.
- Doing Payroll following company policies and Thai Labor Law.
- Coorperating for Visa & Work ermitpermit and 90 days report for expats.
- Travelling arrangements for expats such as booking flights, hotels, cars and reimbursement.
- Providing infrasturtures and office supplies as required.
- Coordinating with external department : Social Security Fund office, Labor Protection Welfare office, suppliers and our source company.
- Preparing ISO documents and all related documents about HR and Admin
- Communication to all staff for good relationship.
- Performing assignment as required.
Qualification :
- Thai Nationality, aged between 28-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 2-years experience in Human Resources and Admin preferred.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Knowing about Personal TAX and Social Security Fund.
- Having Labor Law Knowledge and Problem Solving Skills.
- Having knowledge about ISO9001 : 2015 , ISO14001 : 2015
- Good computer skills in MS Office (Word , Excel and Power point ) , good typing skill both of Thai & English and good internet using skill.
- Willing to learn new things, diligent, carefully and able to work under strong pressure, creative thinking and good communication skills.
Working : Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00
