รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage network systems, servers, CCTV and cybersecurity
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment
- Administer software and licenses, including Microsoft 365
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting for staff
- Create IT documentation and manuals according to standards and regulations
- Coordinate with external IT service providers
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of computer setup, networking, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity
- Understanding of international standards and IT-related regulations including data protection laws
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
- Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
- Works well under pressure with positive attitude
