• Manage, maintain and support corporate IT as defined services quality or services level
• Create report for management such as network performance, server & system performance, IT Assets, IT Inventory, user problems, root cause analysis, etc.
• Develop working process and create corresponding documents such as manual, procedure or work instruction, etc.
• Manage, coach, and evaluate subordinate in team, and plan to develop them; about three to five staffs in team.

• IT Services (Helpdesk, services user, fixed problem, repair, educate user, etc.)
• Computer Room (DC, DRC, Power, Generator, UPS, Air conditions, etc.)
• IT Devices (PC, Notebook, CCTV, AP, Phone, Face scan, Printer, etc)
