รายละเอียดงาน
- Supervise experienced technicians using the machine Panasonic.
- Improve the SMD change over and OEE.
- Control and improvement for reduce NG defect in production process.
- Confirm data and documents of employees and leader.
- Check daily report and update to Manager.
- Check and improve attendance of emplyee
- Check NG. product in next process and make corrective action within due date.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in faculty of electronics, electrical power, mechanical or related field
- Must be have experience of SMT process and manpower control more than 3 years.
- Knowledge about ISO9001, 14001 and IATF16949
- Knowledge about basic computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Email for communication.
- Knowledge and ability related with process of PCBA.
- Strong knowledge of SMT, THT processes, equipment, and industry standards (IPC-A-610, ISO, etc.)
