•Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships
•Preparing and processing purchase orders, tracking orders, and addressing any discrepancies.
•Managing and maintaining contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
•Analyzing costs, negotiating favorable pricing and terms with suppliers.
•Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, preparing reports, and providing insights to senior management.
Office Administration
•Administrative tasks functions include issuing PR, invoice processing and payments.
•Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office services and facilities.
