•Draft and review settlement documents, contracts, and agreements. Provide legal advice on various legal matters and Research legal.
•Prepare applications and supporting documents for business licenses and permits as well as register corporate changes, such as capital adjustments and shareholder registration, etc.
•Ensure compliance with legal standards, policies, and corporate governance requirements, including such as support employee compliance training, preparing documents for audits, and assisting with compliance monitoring.
•Support corporate planning activities including: document preparation, basic data collection, meeting coordination, and assistance with Business Unit project administrative tasks.
•Assist with other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
