Location: Nong Pho, Takhli, Nakhon Sawan Job Purpose The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring that all inbound and outbound shipments are processed in a timely, accurate, and cost-efficient manner. The role involves overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: • Supervision of Warehouse Staff. • Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations. • Efficiently manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment. • Ensure accurate recording and control of all warehouse inventory through regular audits and cycle counts. • Implement and maintain a system for tracking and documenting the movement of inventory • Maintain a well-organized and clean warehouse or tool room environment. • Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure proper storage of products, preventing damages and shortages, arrange for repairs or replacements as needed. • Develop preservation plan & program for preventing equipment damage. • Collaborate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely availability of tools and materials. • Generate reports on warehouse performance, such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and productivity. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and work to improve overall efficiency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Diploma/High Vocational degree in relevant discipline
  2. 3-5 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations software (e.g.,SAP, MS office software.).
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Proficiency in using warehouse management software(SAP) and Microsoft Office.
  7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
  9. Attention to detail in inventory management and record-keeping, ability to use basic hand and power tools for routine maintenance.
  10. Forklift operator certification/Lifting certification
