รายละเอียดงาน
- Development/implementation of the maintenance system to ensures that all production machines and other utilities are all running in good conditions and free from any mechanical and electrical related abnormalities
- Supervise maintenance technicians on operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of utility machine for readiness to support production.
- Analyzes, Plans, Develops all existing and potential problems of machines, and some counter-measure to prevent equipment breakdown and eliminate recurring problems
- Specification and procurement of required parts, material, tools, machinery and suppliers which necessary for maintenance work.
- Coordinate development plant-wide Preventive Maintenance program for all production and non-production machine/equipment and supports/assists preventive maintenance group on all shutdown maintenance activities in the plant.
- Coordinate/conducts training of maintenance group’s members and other section’s personnel on the skills they needed for their jobs.
.- Prepares new work SOP’s, machine maintenance standards, procedures and check sheet and revises/improves existing one when necessary.
- Prepares necessary proposals and feasibility studies to evaluate alternative system and machine parts for modification and improvement purposes.
- Specification, Procurement, and Supervision of Outside Contractors for Design Engineering.
- Coordinates with other groups and sections for any concerns regarding maintenance group.
- Act as emergency commander in case of fire.
- Monitors compliance with the quality and environmental standards within his group.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 27-32 Year Male only.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineer (Mechanical or related.)
- Experience 5 Year with Preventive Maintenance , Lubrication.
- MS Office Software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 , IATF16949 .
- Knowledge Drawing skill and Auto Cad Skill
- Have skill in PLC programming, machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
