This position is responsible for providing the correct Die insert (Pin) for PP-Mold injection. Transfer, Verification, and Control Pin cutting program with CNC machine by cooperating with the Manufacturing Engineer (ME) department. He or she will be ensuring pin quality, which must be under all CNC parameter control for mass production.
Key Responsibilities
- Transfer pin profiles from the ME department and set up cutting programs for production.
- Verify pin quality before mass production using defined methods.
- Operate and maintain pin-making machines and measuring tools (e.g., ULG, NC3P).
- Improve pin treatment processes like washing and plasma coating.
- Analyze data to identify defects and improve pin-related quality.
- Ensure engineering improvements follow QMS standards.
- Maintain GMP compliance and update PFMEA documentation.
- Support audits and inspections.
- Follow safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
- 1–5 years in die insert or related industries. Medical device experience and ISO 13485 knowledge are a plus.
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and math skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with software like Minitab.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience in lean manufacturing and cleanroom environments.
