รายละเอียดงาน
- Draft, review, revise, and comment on contracts, notices, letters, and other legal documents provided by internal departments or customers.
- Ensure compliance with Thai laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
- Provide legal advice on business and corporate matters.
- Prepare and manage legal documents, including corporate registrations, license applications, and powers of attorney, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to relevant authorities.
- Conducting legal research and providing expert analysis to support business decision-making.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the company operates in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
- Guide businesses and individuals on legal compliance related to industry regulations, labor laws, corporate governance, PDPA etc.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across the company’s operations, providing legal support to internal business units as needed.
- To perform other duties as required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant legal experience. (New graduates are welcome).
- Qualified lawyer license. (would be an advantage).
- Experience with an international law firm or legal firm (would be an advantage).
- Strong understanding of Thai civil and commercial law, including contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with personal data protection laws (PDPA), intellectual property, and competition law is an advantage.
- Proven ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice to stakeholders at all levels.
