รายละเอียดงาน QA Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of quality systems, including supplier quality management, process quality control, customer complaint resolution, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) compliance. This role involves leading quality and EHS initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining adherence to internal and external audit requirements
1.Supplier Quality Management (25%)
- Handle supplier quality issues, provide improvement guidance, and verify corrective actions.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Key Metrics: Supplier non-conformance closure rate, key raw material pass rate.
2.Customer Complaint Resolution (25%)
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints, prepare detailed reports, and communicate final responses.
- Compile and share case studies for internal training.
- Key Metrics: Customer complaint closure rate.
3.Audit & Compliance Enchantments (20%)
- Ensure readiness for internal and external audits for ISO 9001
- Coordinate EHS audit schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Lead responses to audit findings and track corrective/preventive actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain compliance and reduce EHS risks
- Key Metrics: Audit pass rate, incident reduction rate.
4.New Product Quality Documentation (10%)
- Establish quality documentation for new products (e.g., PPAP, CP, FC) and manage customer sample approvals.
- Key Metrics: Completeness of project documentation.
5.Continuous Improvement (10%)
- Lead and promote continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and reduce costs.
- Key Metrics: Quality failure cost rate.
6.Customer Requirements Review (5%)
- Evaluate customer quality requirements, conduct internal training, and ensure compliance.
- Key Metrics: Timeliness and accuracy of customer requirement reviews.
7.Other Duties (5%)
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the QA Manager.
