-Manage leads: contact, understand needs, propose solutions, follow up, close sales.
-Handle client inquiries and resolve issues (phone/email).
-Verify order details (customer info, payment).
-Maintain sales/customer data in CRM.
-Coordinate with internal/external teams on projects.
-Create sales performance reports (weekly/monthly).
-Support sales operations and other tasks.
-Identify, outreach, and convert leads to sales.
-Coordinate meetings, consult clients, and pitch solutions for business impact.
-Develop proposals, quotes, and business documents.
-Coordinate sales with Project Manager/Legal for smooth project execution.
-Ensure swift and accurate resolution of client issues throughout projects.
-Continuously improve sales processes and internal operations.
-Maintain strong client relationships and network.
-Visit clients/leads to evaluate needs and promote products (upselling).
-Liaise with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Development) for continuous improvement.
-Maintain good client relationships and monitor post-implementation CSAT.
