Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications 4. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures 5. Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and applications 6. Other IT tasks assigned

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Experience in an IT Help Desk or IT Support role
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users
Proficient in the use of various computer hardware, software, and networking technologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
