We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our freight forwarding team. This role is vital in assisting the sales team with daily operations, customer service, quotation preparation, and coordination with internal departments and overseas agents to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
-Handle customer inquiries related to pricing, transit time, and service options.
-Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure proper handling of shipments.
-Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and pipeline tracking tools.
-Communicate with overseas agents to obtain rates, routing information, and follow-up on bookings.
-Support in organizing client visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
-Ensure timely submission of documents, rate requests, and internal communications.
-Provide administrative support including contract management, rate filing, and sales documents.
-Monitor and follow up on pending quotations and leads.
