Responsibilities
- Assist in managing hotel listings and operations across major Online Travel Agent (OTA) platforms (e.g. Booking.com ,Agoda, Expedia).
- Update hotel content, photos, promotions and room availability regularly.
- Support new hotels through the onboarding and setup process.
- Help manage pricing and room allotments in the central reservation system.
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to resolve platform-related issues.
- Provide excellent service and guidance to hotel partners to maximize their online presence.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least Bachelor's degree in any related filed.(Fresh graduates are welcome.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and familiar with basic computer programs.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Service minded, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
