รายละเอียดงาน- Provide after-sales support and meet with customers to follow up on - their needs and ensure satisfaction. Future support may extend to other Southeast Asian countries.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to the company's products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Follow up on material delivery date and status, also check material's qualities
- Conduct a test and compare company's product process
- Coordinate with Japanese staffs to produce and develop fragment to please customer's needs
- Work and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
- Prepare and deliver all product-related
- Check and organize fragment stock
- Documentation (e.g. quotation, invoice) to clients.
- Supervise and provide guidance to two Thai technicians under your responsibility.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Able to communicate in English (Communication Level) - Japanese Language skills is a plus
- Have an experience to supervise customer about technical issue
- Skill to solve the problem at side and handle both customers and technicians
- Have own car
