รายละเอียดงาน- Provide live support for software issues and inquiries after the Warehouse Control System (WCS) goes live.
- Log incident tickets in Jira, perform troubleshooting, and create incident reports when necessary.
- Assist the QA team in testing software systems and applications (optional).
- Participate in software implementation, including onsite testing, user training, UAT, and troubleshooting during the project (optional).
- Conduct system handover from the System Engineer Team (Programmers).
