รายละเอียดงานKey Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across the assigned regional market.
-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing techniques, job fairs, networking events, and social media platforms.
-Partner with regional hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
-Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and job fit.
-Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
-Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
-Stay current with local employment laws, market trends, and competitor hiring practices.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- English skills excellent. Chinese or third language is prefer.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a regional or multi-location setting.
- Strong understanding of regional labor markets and sourcing channels
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
