- Ensures Logistic operation to delivery best service to customers with efficiency and cost optimization.
- Provides tactical planning and initiative for Logistic.
- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.
- Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
- Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse and logistic workforce.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Leads and defines Logistic KPIs and evaluate for result and performances.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations.
- Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chains, Logistics or other related fields
- At least 8 years experienced in Supply chain or Logistics roles
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across different levels
