As an integral part of our team, the HR Recruiter plays a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring we have the right people to drive the success of Ripples Commerce. By crafting compelling job descriptions, conducting thorough screening interviews, and collaborating closely with hiring managers, the HR Recruiter ensures that we bring on board individuals who not only possess the necessary skills but also align with our company's culture and values. What you’ll do: - Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates for open positions - Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the company, providing detailed feedback to the hiring managers - Work closely with working team to understand their staffing needs, providing guidance and expertise in the recruitment process - Innovate and apply creative strategies to address recruitment challenges and continuously improve the hiring process. - Assist in the onboarding process by facilitating paperwork, orientations, and ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into their roles. - Contribute to talent development and internal mobility strategies to support employee growth and long-term organizational success. *** Benefits package: Annual leave (11 days), Business leave (3 days), Performance bonus, Group insurance (Health, Life, Emergency, IPD, OPD), Company PC/Laptop ***

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Thai nationality, Age between 23-26 years old, Open for any gender
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment (Experience using job boards such as LinkedIn, JobThai, JobsDB, etc. is required) demonstrating a solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
Comfortable using Google Workspace software and Microsoft Office suite for efficient documentation, communication, and organization in recruitment efforts
A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
A strong interest in the e-commerce industry and a good understanding of its dynamic nature.
Having past work experience in online or e-commerce industry is a plus
