- Improve the effectiveness of sales funnels, landing pages, and customer experience to increase conversion rates.
- Oversee product listings, set pricing strategies, manage inventory, and plan promotions for optimal performance.
- Lead impactful campaigns focused on revenue generation rather than superficial metrics.
- Maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) through efficient use of Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, and other marketplace advertising tools.
- Conduct A/B testing, refine audience targeting, and apply creative strategies to master e-commerce performance.
- Evaluate key performance indicators (e.g. GMV, ROI, AOV, Conversion Rate, CAC, CLV) and translate them into strategic actions.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers and key strategic partners.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
