Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build a pipeline of new clients and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, including after-sales service
- Monitor and supervise the performance and activities of the sales team.
- Compile and present detailed sales forecasts and comprehensive team performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to support strategic decision-making.
