รายละเอียดงานKey Responsibilities:
•Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Administration team.
•Act as a backup for the Front Office Receptionist when required.
•Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, including accommodation and transportation, for internal staff and contractors.
•Source and liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations to ensure cost-effective procurement in line with company requirements.
•Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), track delivery schedules, and maintain accurate and up-to-date PO records.
•Assist with supplier performance evaluations and manage contract renewals.
•Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned by the Administration team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in Office Administration, with previous experience in similar role/industry would be advantageous
- Mature, flexible, proactive, self-motivated with interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation skill, time management skill, activity planning and event management skill
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadline
- Good command of English & Thai language
- Good computer skills to work in Microsoft Office
