1.策划并执行各类线上线下产品推广和市场营销活动，包括新品发布会、促销活动、行业展会等，提升品牌知名度和可见度，进而推动业务增长。 Plan and execute various integrated marketing campaigns across offline events ( e.g. retailer store,product launches and promotion,exhibition ) and online platforms（including SEO, SEM, email marketing, official website and social media）,driving customer acquisition, brand visibility, and sales support. 2.每月与亚洲市场营销团队举行会议，共同探讨新的业务增长战略和营销手段。 Monthly meeting with the Asia marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques. 3.每月进行市场调研与分析(如用户消费行为、竞争对手动态、最新的社媒趋势等)，根据市场动态，调整营销策略，优化市场推广方案。 Conduct monthly research, track, and analyze on consumer behaviors & trends,competitors activities, latest social media trends etc., and implement research into marketing campaigns and seek for continuous improvement. 4.带领一名设计师，制作营销物料；深度开发和管理我们的市场营销工具箱，包括销售推广物料、演示文稿、材料样品以及数字工具箱。 Work with and manager a designer to develop and produce trade marketing and POS materials. Further develop and manage our sales toolbox, including selling-in materials, presentations, material samples and our digital toolbox. 5.制定并控制营销预算，定期评估营销活动效果并输出分析报告，确保营销活动的投入产出比。 Develop and monitor campaign budgets. Prepare reports and analysis on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs. 6.撰写营销相关新闻稿 Responsible for newsletters. 任职资格 Qualifications 1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告设计、传媒等相关专业优先 Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, media or other related fields. 2、至少2-4年市场营销经验，尤其是数字营销和活动策划， Minimum 2–4 years of marketing experience,about Digital marketing and Event Activation mainly. 3. 泰语、英文或者中文流利，且可以作为工作语言。 Proficiency in Thai,English or Chinese，and can use them as working language. 4. 有轮胎行业工作背景优先，有零售营销和贸易/B2B营销经验者优先。 Preferably in Tire industry.
