รายละเอียดงาน• Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners).
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and network equipment.
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in Active Directory or similar systems.
• Document and tracking equipment using a tracking asset system which is provided by the company.
• Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, accounts, and access.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure system security and performance.
• Train end-users on basic software and hardware functionality as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors when necessary.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to IT processes.
